The American Institute For Foreign Study Foundation is the proud sponsor of our high school exchange program, Academic Year in America (AYA). Recognized as a leader in the field of student exchange, AYA annually brings nearly 1,000 high school students from over 35 countries to live with American families and attend local high schools under this J-1 Visa program. AYA also administrates two prestigious US Department of State exchange programs: Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) and Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program (YES).
